Results

Results of the biopsy came in. They ruled out one type of cancer, but it may still be follicular cancer. The only way they will be able to tell if it is that, is by removing the left half of my thyroid and looking at the whole thing under a microscope. So that surgery is set for the 27th of January. They should be able to find out if it is cancer or not within three days of the surgery, and then, if it is cancer, they will do another surgery right away to remove the right half of my thyroid. If it is not cancer, then I'm good to go.

On a brighter note - Today is Cole's Birthday!!!!!! :) She is four years old, and SOOO excited for her birthday. She is bringing popsicles to school to share with all of her friends/classmates, and then tonight she gets to open presents. Last night we baked her cake, so today I will frost and decorate it. Fun fun! :)
