Dreaming of a White Christmas

I can't believe that Christmas is less than a week away!  Time has been going by so fast, especially with Ryan's new job making our schedules a bit crazy!  But things are good, and we feel very blessed. :)

Cole and I finally got around to pulling out the Christmas decorations last weekend, and in the boxes of decorations we found this old Christmas card (I'm guessing it's from 2004, but it could be from 2003...), which made me laugh.  :)

Nicole discovered the hole puncher, so she made a couple "masks" with scrap paper.  This one she taped to her face, and danced around the house, begging me to take pictures of her.  :)  This little monkey really cracks me up!  :D

Nicole also drew this beautiful picture the other day - how she imagines Rebecca's first picture will look.  :)  As you can see, we're in a hospital bed, with a tray of food at the foot of the bed.  Nicole informed me that there are chicken nuggets on the plate, a bowl of jell-o, and a cup of hot chocolate (along with the fork and spoon).  She's so excited for her little sister to arrive!

Ryan's job is going great.  He LOVES working night shift, and he LOVES working in CT.  My only worry is the long drive he has to make, especially after a 12-hour shift, but so far it's been all right.

It looks like we'll get our white Christmas this year, for which we are very excited!  :)  There's still snow on the ground from the last snow fall a couple weeks ago, and we're supposedly due for more snow this weekend.  :)  LOVE IT!!! :) :) :)

Nicole will be getting baptized this Saturday, and she can't wait!  Plus, she only has two more days of school for the year (2013), and then she gets a 2-week break!  We went to the library yesterday and she stocked up on books to read over the break.  She also has a bunch of craft projects that she's looking forward to working on.  It's gonna be lots of fun!  :)

We have exactly 4 more months until our baby's due date!  :)  Life is good!  We are blessed.  :D
