Ryan was assigned a new nurse this evening, and he came in and did an assessment on Ryan. When he asked Ryan to squeeze his hand, he got a slight response, which is more than Ryan has been able to do before! And then he asked Ryan to wiggle his toes, and Ryan was able to wiggle his toes on both feet for the first time!!! This is an awesome achievement for Ryan!!!
It's the little things. 😍😍😍💜💜💜

Hi Jenni,
I am a coworker from Bingham memorial hospital. When I heard about Ryan and the stroke my heart hurt. Two years ago my daughter who had just graduated from high school and was ready to start college with a full ride running scholarship suffered a traumatic ATV accident which caused a major stroke paralyzing her whole left side amongst other injuries. The time of the accident my husband gave Michelle a blessing which promised that she would fully recover. Miracles do still exist. I know exactly what you mean by the little things, because with dealing with a stroke the little things of improvement are huge. Michelle has fully recovered, running for Weber State and is maintaining a 3.6 GPA. The road to recovery has not mean easy, but witnessing the miracles day by day are enough to get us through the toughest times. Ryan is a miracle too. You will be amazed in witnessing them day by day. Prayers for Ryan for a complete recovery too.
