Springtime

After being gone for over a week, we returned home on the last day of March and found all of the trees around our apartment complex in full bloom!  It was breathtaking!

 I'm really glad that we got home when we did, because the very next day the wind started blowing, and all of the petals came off the trees.  They were still gorgeous, even on the ground.  They seemed to cover everything!  Cole loved playing with them, and she loved how velvety soft they were!  They looked like pretty pink confetti.

 She was just a little excited when I told her it was ok to play with the petals. ;)
